Rice Pilaf

  • 2 coils Curly Fideo
  • 1½ Cup Rice
  • 32 oz Chicken Broth
  • Stick of Butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

In a medium pot melt stick of butter and break the fideo up into the pot to brown. Once mostly browned add rice and chicken broth. Salt and pepper to taste. Cook as you would rice.
