Fluffy Pancakes
- 1C. All Purpose Flour
- 1Tbsp Sugar
- 2tsp Baking Powder
- ½tsp Salt
- 1 Egg
- ¾C. Milk
- ¼C. Butter (melted)
Instructions
In a large bowl mix dry ingredients.
In a separate bowl mix wet ingredients.
Pour wet ingredient mixture into dry and stir until just moistened.
Use about 1/4Cup batter per pancake.
If too runny add a little flour till desired texture is achieved.
