Reuben Dip
- 2C. Thin Sliced Corned Beef Chopped
- 1lb Cream Cheese
- 1C. Sauerkraut
- 2C. Swiss Cheese Shredded
- 1C. Thousand Island Dressing
- 1C. Sour Cream
Instructions
Mix ingredients together in a baking dish of suitable size.
Bake at 350°F till cheese has melted.
Optional, Broil a minute or so till top is browned.
