Mint Chutney
- 2C. Fresh Cilantro
- 1C. Fresh Mint Leaves
- 1 Inch Piece of Ginger
- 2 Green Chiles
- 3 Garlic Cloves
- 2½tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1Tbsp Lime Juice
- ¼C. Ice Cold Water
- 1tsp Sugar
- ½tsp Salt or Add Salt to Taste
Instructions
In a dry hot pan toast the cumin gently.
Add the water, cumin, lime juice, garlic, chile, sugar, and ginger to a blender. Blend well. Add the cilantro and mint then blend to desired consistency.
